Shipping Policies


All dyed to order yarns will ship within 3 to 5 business days. All in-stock items will ship within one business day. 

Our working hours are Monday – Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Pacific Standard Time. 

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail.  International orders are shipped via DHL Worldwide, and will be charged according to DHL rates for package dimensions and weight. 

 

A tracking number and estimated delivery date will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.

Returns and Exchanges

Unused yarn in original condition is eligible for a return and full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. 

Sale and One of a Kind (OOAK) items are not eligible for returns. 

Shipping costs will be refunded if the item is flawed, damaged or improperly shipped. If the item is not damaged and you are requesting a refund or exchange, you will be responsible for shipping charges.
 

Please allow approximately three weeks for all returns/exchanges/refunds to be received and processed.

  • original receipt
  • note with the reason for the return
  • customer’s email address
  • customer’s phone number
